Luke BornheimerMayo 25, 2013Mango salad was a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The chow mien was oily and soggy, albeit tasty. Yamo is a good place for a cheap meal or to soak up drinks after you've had too many. Otherwise, meh.
Johan DuramyOctubre 7, 2009Favorite cheap eat - eat here for cheap ($10-$12 for a full meal) and delicious Burmese. Hole in the wall, queues can be sometimes be long, take-away is the answer if you live close by!
Cold noodles is more delicious than the house noodles and worth every penny.

try the yamo cold noodles, chicken noodle soup, mango salad, mango chicken, curry chicken noodles. you really can't go wrong w/anything. and if you do, you're only down $6.

LizAbril 15, 2010The service at Yamo can be slow, but be patient. It's always worth the wait. Go outside of lunch or dinner rushes if you wanted a seat at this tiny place.

Yeah yeah everyone likes the tea salad. But if you like your meat, check out the curry beef/chicken and add some hot sauce. Tasty and filling.
