Fitness and Training
Personal Training
Whatever your fitness goals, a personal trainer can help. All BHAC trainers are health and fitness professionals with the expertise, educational background and certification to design a specifically tailored exercise program for you. With a trainer's one-to-one attention and guidance, you will learn how to make your workouts more efficient, fun and effective.
Both our certified personal trainers and master trainers offer single sessions and packages of 10, in hour or half-hour formats. Please feel free to contact your local branch to learn more about pricing and to set up an appointment.

All BHAC locations provide a varied and ideally balanced selection of cardiovascular equipment, strength machines and free weights which showcase the finest that companies including Precor, Lifefitness, andCybex have to offer.
Online Nutrition Program
What if you could receive a report card for your nutrition intake on a daily basis? Now you can, with our Online Nutrition Program. Receive feedback, suggestions, meal plans, recipes and even customized shopping lists to help keep you on track! It’s like having a nutritionist on hand whenever you want. The program is complimentary for all regular personal training clientele. See a staff member for more details or click our button below to begin.
Group Exercise
BHAC offers innovative group programs. These include classes ranging from yoga to bootcamp to spinning and much more in between. All classes are included in every membership and BHAC encourages all their members to take advantage of all the great programs we have to offer to help them obtain and exceed their health and fitness goals! Each class is taught by nationally certified instructors.
Combat Sports Boston
At the Combat Sports International Training Facility, there will be classes available to all members with varied skill levels and beginners are encouraged to participate. Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission wrestling and Strength and Conditioning are just some of that classesthat will be offered. Women's only classes will be offered in the future. All classes are taught by expert trainers in the field.
Mind and Body
Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs
The Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs believe in the balance between a strong body and a strong mind. We think it’s just as important to focus on mental fitness as it is to strengthen your body physically. In order to reach this balance, the BHAC offers a vast array of classes designed to meet our members’ mental and physical needs.
Hot Power Yoga
Everyone in Hollywood is doing it and now you can to! The practice is the same as power yoga only the studio is heated to help detoxify your body. Temperature is a maximum of 85 degrees. Please bring water and a towel. Yoga mats are available but we encourage you to bring your own sacred mat.
Yoga Basics
The total strength and flexibility workout, for beginners or those with some experience who want to explore the fundamentals of power yoga, this is a “feel good” class, where you’ll find a lot of support.
Pilates Mat Plus
A series of exercises performed on a mat to compliment different elements of pilates, props such as the pilates ring maybe used.
Hatha Yoga
This study of yoga utilizes specific postures, breathing techniques and relaxation poses to develop muscular strength and flexibility for all fitness and experience levels.
Power Yoga
Transform your body with this dynamic and athletic flow of yoga, it will leave you energized physically and spiritually, mats are available but we encourage you to bring your own sacred mat.
Vinyasa Yoga
This study of yoga combines the movement of muscles with breath and “connecting” postures, creating meditation through movement.
Tai Chi
The ancient art of tai chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health. Tai chi, in fact, is often described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity — connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, tai chi is a graceful form of exercise that has existed for some 2,000 years. Practiced regularly, tai chi can help you reduce stress and enjoy other health benefits.
