Parking permits required (or $150+ ticket)... beach itself is wonderful and spacious - plenty if space for beach games and seating and swimming, but no vendors for food or chair/umbrella rentals!!!
Best beach in the Hamptons. Surfcasting and surfing. Old buildings there pretty unique.
