Is had a moving experience in this place. It's not easy to be empathetic with what this family went through, due to the amount of tourists and noise, but I was grateful this place still existed.

Make sure to get your ticket online early. Otherwise it's between trying your luck at getting it online last minute, or waiting for hours - which is not worth.

Either buy your tickets (weeks/months in advance) or show up 30 mins prior to opening in order to avoid a 2+ hour wait.

Evin icinde esyalar olsaydi cok daha guzel olabilirdi. Mutlaka gormek istiyorsanz rezervasyon yaptirin.O sirayi beklemeye degmez.

You need to pre-book online, otherwise the queue will inevitably be two hours long in the summer, even if you arrive at say 10.30am.

No cameras allowed inside. Stairs are steep which may be trouble for elderly. Bottlenecking in some rooms due to video presentations, but overall still worth a visit.

It's highly recommended to go as early as possible or go later in the afternoon. The queue is already very long at 11 am! + there is NO student reduction :(

Await in the lane.... you will pay back of waiting.If you want not spend time in lane buy ticket on internet. On Saturday morning we stay on wait about 1h.
