Arun Sathiya: Extremely impressive. You can see almost upto 6km of places in Tokyo from the top. Visit during the day time for the best view. Evening view can be different and beautiful too. Best seen twice.
Kenichi Shoda: Beautiful new sky tower in Tokyo! It's 635M tall, and you can go to the view point up to 400M!! I wish I could go there today, but didn't have time!!will go back there for next time again!!
sun bak: The observation deck is free and better than tokyo skytree (imho). But you gotta come early if u wanna get better spot for sunset or tokyo tower.
Yuri Ramocan: Free panoramic views of Tokyo in the north and south observation decks. The north observation deck is open later. Just as good as (if not better than) Tokyo Tower.

Yusuf Buğbul: A must see place for those who look for history, its stays right-top of the Tokyo metro map and very good option for an occommodation , I definitely recommend local food, snacks and seafoods.
