Huge! Never ever get a connecting flight here that’s less than 1hr, you will probably miss it. Lots of shops. 🏬 FILA!

Best airport I've been to besides Dallas. Excellent food courts, huge airport and it's clean!

Eric AndersonAgosto 10, 2014If you have time, try walking the tunnel between terminals rather than using the subway. There's frequently great art exhibits to view.
I drop my son off each day it tends to be a headache do to all the construction going on that causes a little more congestion than usual. So come with patiences when dropping off and picking up.
For as busy as this place is, things move smoothly. I was surprised they only had one scanner going at the south TSA, but it moved. The trains are great once you get used to them.
This airport is so busy that I literally missed my flight while trying to get from one terminal to another. Other than that, pretty cool airport.

Start your day with a jamba juice in the t concourse. They don't open until 7am though so you might have to settle for some steel cut oats from the corner bakery if your flight leaves too early.
Very well organized the staff is super nice and the whole airport is well stocked with food shops and wonderful lay out!

Don't pay and park at the airport. Google discount parking airport atl, check out Global Parking. You can pay about $3/day, includes shuttle to & from hotel to airport. Great deal!

Great airport with lots of shops and eateries and a nice place to people watch while waiting for your flight. Concourse B is the best
If you have time, walk between terminals instead of using the tram. There are several beautiful art installations! today between the main Terminal and A there are awesome stone carvings from Zimbabwe
If there's a foodie in you, make your way to One Flew South in Terminal E. When you're there, try the orange truce cocktail and the pulled duck sandwich.
Vikas MittalEnero 2, 2014Similar to other tips, get here early. If flying early (5:30am) out of Terminal C, there is nothing open to get coffee or a snack. Have the joe at home or the hotel before coming. Safe travels!

If you are flying international the customs section is incredible. They have a ton of the digital customs machines so no waiting in long lines and missing connections!
Papi’s Cuban Restaurant on concourse T is one place I always visit! The food is TASTY!!!
Great airport other than the construction. Walk between concourses is very nice if you have time. Love Delta. Very efficient airport.
If you are flying Delta, Nick S will be able to help you become an international points traveler. And be sure to check your connections before you land so you don’t miss them.

Great airport even if it's the largest. Plenty of places to eat and shop and just pass time if u happen to get a layover.
If you fly Delta and miss your flight, there’s a live Delta Help Desk on your concourse + phones you can pick up that automatically ring direct to a rep who can reschedule you.

Very nice airport but it is super crowded (fitting since its the busiest one in the world). There is plenty to do here!
If you have the time, walk instead of taking the tram and check out the exhibits. The Walk Through Atlanta History and the stone sculptures from Zimbabwe were pretty cool.
Audrey MurphySeptiembre 30, 2012When TSA says get here 3-5 hours in advance, you better bet your hiney you need at least 3. It IS the busiest airport in the world. Keep that in mind. But overall, it's fairly organized!
Hometown airport. Very efficient and plenty of shopping/food options before or after flight. Recommend TSA pre-check to quickly go through security.
Here for a connecting flight? Get ready for a walk (or a run). These concourses are LONG, so be sure to stretch your calves before your mad dash to the gate.
