They have good floors and bad, crappy old ones... Make sure you get a good one! 21 is good, 16 is bad.

Oh I can say is 9 elevator for 22 floors and ONE Ice Machine Anit nobody got time for that ..... Life is to short

Odalar eski ama otel 1932 de yapilmis ve tarihi bir bina. Internetin parali olmasi kotu haftaligi 50 dolar. Otopark var ama gecesi 50 dolar. 2. Katts vending machineler var, minibar yok.

They charge you $8 / box online purchased😱its not worthing.... check the CQ hotel opposite to rockefeller center, better hotel, less crowded, not fee for online shopping...

I'll stay elsewhere next time I visit NYC. Some staff were pleasant, others not so much. Accommodations weren't very accommodating ..

Ehh, old/tiny rooms but I guess that's how it is in NY at an older hotel. For the price it's okay I guess but I wasn't that impressed.

Too expensive for an old hotel and rooms full of mold. The hotel manager was very kind to try to help me but the mold was stronger! :-(

Terrible transportation service desk. 30 minutes waiting for the service and the chinese girl just gave me the phone to resolve the problem. Never again.

This place is the WORST. Stayed here for one night, bedbugs and scratchy sheets. If your in a bind and need to save money go ahead but I'd rather stay in New Jersey than stay here again.
