レストラン街、店舗のサービスは悪くないが大韓航空の職員の社食にでもなっているらしく集団で来て各自がクーポン＋現金で支払うものだからレジが混乱。しかし大韓航空職員は急ぐ素振りもなくレジ待ちのお客の列を前にきゃっきゃっと休憩時間を満喫。酷い。大韓航空はピーナッツのサービスの方法はどうでもいいですから、地上職員の教育をやり直したらいかがですかね？

Lito MaggayEnero 21, 2013Enormous and clean. Staff speak good English and friendly. A transit hotel is also within the airport but best to book in advance to avoid disappointment or avail staying in rest and relax lounges.

Nice airport and lots of decently priced shops. White Global ATMs are accepting more cards. SIM/egg is cheaper than in the city, KT/Olleh has best offers.
A lovely airport with very good layout & free Wi-Fi everywhere. Shopping is very good apart electronics... there is nothing :(

Possibly my favorite airport out there that I've been to. Clean, free WiFi, plenty of food and shops, charging stations, the while lot. Neil LagulaJunio 16, 2013There's a hotel between gates 10 and 11 where you can lounge or sleep if you have long lay over. You can also take the transit tour while waiting for your flight. Toilets have potable water fountains.
make a reservation at the transit hotel if u have an overnight layover! located in the airport and very fair pricing. rooms go quick tho, reserve ahead or try ur luck at the lounge chairs
아시아나카운터는 맨끝 L 라인에 있으며 대한항공은 맨앞쪽인 A-C 라인에 있어요 터미널이 넘 길어서 사전 카운터 위치 확인 필수에요!
My favourite airport. Spending hours here in transit or just waiting for your flight is fun~ free wifi, shops, duty free. Enough seats and lots of cafes, special charging points for phones etc
RamSeptiembre 28, 2013Best way to go to the city is by the Airport bus. Only 10,000 Won and in just 50 minutes you can get to almost anywhere in Seoul. Bus number 6002 goes to Hapjeong Station and the University

Great airport. Very clean toilets. Some with revolving plastic clean seat cover at check in. Buy your electric goods here as the queue to get your tax back is long.
If you have an early flight the next day, better stay at the Spa on Air. For ₩20k you get to use all their facilities (dry/wet saunas, hot/cold pools). It's sure to keep you fresh for your trip.
Be sure to be on-time, as security check can take an eternity due to a limited amount of lanes being open. Note that if your flight leaves within 30 minutes you can call the staff and jump the queue.
Best airport in the world and for great reasons... free fast wifi, good restaurants and cafes, great shopping, and most of all so clean, friendly, and fast!

Photography- friendly for plane spotters especially at air side, free wifi around the airport - no password or registration is required! Signs are everywhere with English, so don't worry.

The Matina Lounge at the Transit Hotel (Int Terminal) is not a bad choice during long layovers: Buffet (incl alcohol if you fancy that) and showers for 30 USD, no status or membership required).

Beautiful, fast, free wifi everywhere! Many duty free shops, but the prices are not so amazing. Interesting Korean beauty products, though!
