One of the best airports in the world. Friendly staff, free wifi throughout the airport, and regular arts and cultural performances.
This has got to be the cleanest, cutest, biggest airport I have ever seen. Free wi-fi, and a variety of food to choose from - from McDonald's to local favorites!

If you like boba/bubble tea, there’s several Gongcha stores scattered throughout the airport, including one at Arrivals, one hidden otw to the airport train exit, and one inside Terminal 1 by Gate 45.
Huge and modern airport. Careful with queue time to go through border controls. Best option is in-town check-in to get priority lane access. Crowded duty free
Avoid the crowds; the Rest & Relax area upstairs near the KAL and OZ lounges is ignored by most. Free massage chairs, free showers, free internet PCs. Dimmer lighting, ample seating.

Clean with good WiFi. Many different restaurants and duty free shops make this one of the top airports.

Food shops closes at 10pm or slightly before. I think they want to starve all passengers flying out of Incheon. The only thing I could get was ice cream from Baskin Robbins 😂

Paris Baguette at 4F is must visit spot in the airport. It has nice airport view and duty free view :)
Get a wifi-egg upon arrival and make your stay easier. Also, make sure u get a T-money card (add value). Limousine buses travel direct to regions/downtown but are more expensive than the subway.

NaiEnero 11, 2012There is no convenient place to charge electronics. None are near seats. The sign says go to information desk and get a socket free of charge. At the desk they say you have to rent it. Awesome
Jack JenkinsJulio 15, 2017If you arrive at a busy time, security takes absolutely ages. I was travelling in Business and it took 45m to do check in and security. 30m longer than other airports.
One of the best airports i have ever been to. Free wifi and going to Seoul from the airport (vice versa) is a breeze. Limousine bus and arex are really good.
Lots of time to spare? Had to the lounge on the top floor by the terminals. There's a museum there too and the lounge is public and very comfy.

carmel christineFebrero 10, 2011If you have a couple hours between flights, head up to the Rest & Relaxation area. They have comfy lounge chairs that double as beds, shower stations, and an internet cafe. Best airport ever!
Yh KimJunio 12, 2011Try chadol deonjang Chijae at the Byukjae galbi @ the foodcourt 2nd floor if you want to try the real Korean. It is the bean paste soup with some beef, bit spicy but great.
I love how fast they are in doing the customs process. Long lines but very fast services. They have a major issue by not serving international food and all the stores close by 9:30 pm .. NO NO NO

Very clean and nicely built new terminal 2!! Separate counter for the US by Korean Air was impressive!!
Michael WeirEnero 28, 2014If you're here for a layover, a Transit Tour really is the most worthwhile use of your time. Just a small insurance payment and you get a 1-8 hour guided tour nearby. Magnificent!

Recently won the best major airport award, large and well designed, the security check is relatively quick.
One of the best airports but duty free closes after 10pm ! Should be openned for passengers who have late night/early morning flights!!
