Fly Virgin America. They have a nice massage place in their terminal to get a quick massage before your plane boards.
Tip for management. Security line set up at Terminal 1 is operationally efficient for staff utilization but not for fair customer wait times. Single lines work best for both staff.
One hour at delta just to drop the bag. 2 hours to get through security. Need to plan ahead here. It can be 1000 people in line.

Give yourself more than 2 hrs to get to your gate on return if you're taking the trains from the WTC stop during rush hour.
