Best Krystal experience in a long time. Friendly, helpful workers & my burgers were fixed correctly. Oh, college students (GT nearby) get discount with ID.
Naturally, we get the BBQ (pork). They have a variety of sauces & the sides are good too: mac & cheese, baked beans & cole slaw are our go-to’s. Tea good too. Odd layout inside, but seems to work.
What’s good? Uh, burgers. Seriously, got a “junior” (single - it’s big enough), with “frings,” fries & o-rings. Tea was not quite to par today, but otherwise, very good.
I had the brisket melt with au jus & side of bacon-creamed corn. Very good & attentive server.
We’re still coming here 4+ years after opening. To add to my first tip, their fish sandwich is the best in fast food world. Good fries; good slaw too. Also, they now have Coke products. Yay.
Public ranges, but membership gives more access. Finally joined & went to the highly-rated club. Even w/ high expectations, it didn’t disappoint. Delicious trout, crab cakes, sides, drinks & dessert.
Fried shrimp & scallops - very good, tho scallops could’ve fried 30 sec. more. Big servings, tons of fries, but must order hush pups separate. Wouldn’t have if not on biz. Cut 1/2 fries & give 2 pups.
Always reliable BBQ at decent prices. Good cole slaw (creamy type) & onion rings (today, O-R batter was VERY salty. Also, look for the 12-layer old-style choc or caramel cake slices.
Shrimp Fra Diavolo is VERY spicy, despite no indication (except name itself). They kindly replaced it w/ chicken parm. Fam loves the gnocchi & also tortelloni. The nice, warm bread on table is great.
A decent concert venue, but most recent, they didn’t note seats were in handicap section, so was odd & a little hassle + we felt folks were wondering why we were there, as if an h-cap prking spot.
A small waffle cone has 2 large scoops, so that may be enough for you. I got choc chunk on bottom & lemon creme on top.
Had the regular roast beef, but assume all the usual Arby’s offerings are fine. Looks new & clean. Out of unsweetened tea, they made a fresh batch & brought me a cup, still steaming - very good.
Nice filet mignon, delish yeast rolls & good, dense choc. cake. Affiliated w/ Goodwill, it helps train culinary students. Our large group (20) was a challenge, but servers worked hard & were pleasant.
Not bad. I scored a very nice corner room with great river views out windows on 2 walls. Bathroom was a little run down but great shower pressure. This is a downtown, so be city-smart out after dark.
Tons of choices from fast food to more substantial & newly renovated seating areas (2019). You can run into some $$ if not careful & ATT cell reception is spotty.
Wife got a small cup & it was a generous 2 scoops. I splurged with hot fudge brownie cup. Delish, but huge! Pride themselves on real ice cream.
