Unfortunately I went to Central, the other restaurant created by the same chef in Peru. Lima is way below Central and costs twice more. Awful pisco sour. The beef pachamanca was amazing. But still...

The best ceviche I ever ate, great Amazonian fish and very friendly staff. Wouldn't say they have a Michelin star, but that's mostly due to the reasonable prices.

Peruvian cuisine is definitely not my thing!! Lots of corn, raw fishes and all lack of flavours
