- It is much faster to walk from T2 to T3 than it is to take the shuttle.
- Give yourself two hours for a domestic to international transfer. It will be far and lines will be long.

- Dmitry LyubimovMayo 3, 2013Spirit ppl are super responsive! I left 2 leather jackets and sunglasses at 1 floor. Lady bring it to me in a 5 min and when I was trying to tip her, she didn't accept any money from me! Thanks Spirit
- Virgin America and Continental are almost always my airlines, and flights are delayed quite often, so don't be surprised if yours is. Oh, and it gets chaotic in the afternoon.
- A sad and miserable airport. Airports like PDX invite you to linger and explore while awaiting your loved one or waiting for your flight. LAX encourages you to get the **** out one way or another.
- Whether you go to pick up someone or see someone off, drive up the Departures and park in Parking 3/4. People drop off and leave so the route is not crowded compared to arrivals. Just take elevator do
- Big beautiful airport. Don’t forget to check Yosemite on the descent.
- Zachariah CooneySeptiembre 29, 2014Have the person wait on curb while the driver waits in cell phone parking lot or in the center where the restaurant is
- FilmsquareMayo 25, 2013James Bond lands at LAX in Moonraker (1979) and is met by Drax employee and helicopter pilot Corinne Dufour to be flown to Drax's estate.

- Noel LathamFebrero 18, 2017Don't fly with Delta! Especially if the weather is bad in LA. They where super unhelpful, and we were stranded in LAX without food, water, or any other concessions for 6 hours.
- If landing on Alaska in Terminal 6, there is an Interterminal Bus Transfer to American Terminal 4 at Gate 65A.
- Hometown La Brea Bakery is great choice if flying via Terminal 1 (Southwest); Coffee Bean, via Terminal 6 (Alaska)
- AliciaMayo 9, 2014Departing T5 and need cappuccino? Walk straight ahead at the top of the escalator to Farmers Market. GOOD cappuccino!
- Judi HarrisNoviembre 16, 2013Sammy's grill restaurant employees HUSTLE! They all work together and everyone has a smile on their face. Way impressed
- TO be honest, I have very little good to say about LAX lately. Getting to terminals is horrible, the ride app pickup location is forever away, & you can’t even get a draft beer at the int’l terminal
- If you're coming back internationally, expect to spend 2 hours clearing customs and checking bags back in... Not to mention possibly changing terminals. Make sure you have the extra layover time!
- SerenaNoviembre 15, 2012One of the crowdest airport in the world. Shops are not that special, but you can find any kind of food. Welcome to LA!

- It's an Airport. Security is strict so no messing around guys!. Good selection of places to eat, decent sized gate waiting areas and nice lounges if you're that lucky.
- Richard RevillaMayo 19, 2015Just super large but efficient. Rental Car shuttle right outside baggage claim. Enjoy So Cali
- The only Pinkberry that opens at the right time to serve breakfast parfait, enjoy!
- OcoMarzo 25, 2015No trains for terminals transfer so for connections you need to walk or wait for white/blue buses in the outer road of the ground floor ;)
- Klatch coffee in terminal 7 (United airlines) is amazing both for sandwiches and brew
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)Abril 19, 2017[PIC] Sun Country Airlines is moving in May from T2 to T6. Check-in T6, flights depart/arrive T5.Contact airline http://ow.ly/mjut30aXvUM
- Make sure you give yourself some time on Delta because they have two terminals and have to take a bus between.
- When picking someone up who's arriving, make sure to tell him/her to wait on the ARRIVAL level (downstairs) and not DEPARTURES (upstairs). Apparently, not self-explanatory to everyone.
- Be aware TSA rules, prepare, organize your personal belongings. This will save you time and reduce stress.
- Make sure you have your front license plate if you park in the long term parking lots. Been ticketed by LA cops for not having it many times.
- BruceJulio 27, 2013This is by far the dirtiest, smelliest and crappiest airport I have ever been in. The Tri state airport in Huntington Wva is 100% better than this giant port o potty. Get it together LA.
- Great check-in experience at American with easy access to security for Priority and TSA pre-check.
- Purchase a membership with Clear for expedited access. So worth it.

- Candace MetzgerSeptiembre 2, 2017Love the Virgin America terminal. Nicely remodeled with shops and restaurants
- Get a seat in front of the walk path in the middle and you're bound to see some celebrities.
- If ever you have the choice, fly in and out of Burbank instead
- It's big it's slow it's worth getting priority upgrade to avoid the lines, it has decent shopping but the gates can be a long walk. The quality of the terminal depends on the airline you fly though.
