John KhuuMayo 31, 2016The experience is at the bar where the cooks are making everything. You can see who's making what and how they're doing it. Get the 'Hash' plate and you're set for the morning. So damn delicious.
YoonAgosto 2, 2015포틀랜드 시내에 제공하는 햄 살라미 소세지 치즈 등 육가공 제조업체가 직접 운영하는 레스토랑.주인이 독일에서 배워와서 하는거라는데 개인적으론 독일 살라미보다 훨씬 풍미가 좋고 짜지도 않음. 전반적으로 와인과 매우 잘어울리고 오픈된주방이나 창고와 테이블과의 연결이 자연스러운 인테리어가 맘에듬. 식당이 크지 않아 반드시 예약을 권하고 아니라면 좀 기다릴수밖에.

Alex SharpMayo 3, 2013Get the Hog and Spanish charcuterie plates. Both were excellent. The homemade kielbasa atop polenta was other-wordly, and the shortribs were a close second. Can't go wrong here.
Brunch was packed but their biscuits and gravy more than made up for it. It's refreshing to be able to wait inside while your table comes available.

Kevin TNoviembre 7, 2015The octopus smalldish pretended to be a salad by hiding under 4 leaves of lettuce. But in all honesty it was just a deliciously salty heap of octopus, sausage, and potatoes. And 4 leaves of lettuce.- You really can't go wrong with anything here, it's all life-changingly good. If you're in for lunch, the sweetheart ham and white cheddar sandwich is my personal favourite.
- If I ever find myself on death row and the guard asks what I want for my last meal, I'll snap his neck, break out of the prison and come here for the Classic Sweetheart Ham Benedict to celebrate.
