- Beatriz CastilloJunio 26, 2016The dessert was my favorite thing! We got the coppetta, which had cherry ice cream and dark chocolate ice. It was delicious!!
- Lisa LFebrero 17, 2013The dessert with the olive oil and kumquat is off the chain. Sit at the bat and ask the bartender for a recommendation. You will not regret it.
- Erin LaneAgosto 22, 2011Start w/ Artichokes alla Romana (plus cheese platter if you're sharing -- truffle honey ftw!), move onto Spaghetti Carbonara, finish w/ Olive Oil Copetta (best dessert in NYC, hands down).
- Gloria ChinJulio 24, 2012gelato sandwich served on brioche. flavors change with season. classics include olive oil & smoky dark caramel. summer`12 must trys--peppermint chocolate chip and crème fraiche

- It's so freaking loud in here! If you can sit up near the bar area it's not as bad but in the back they crank up the AC. Be prepared to be screaming and shivering. The food is good so there's that.
- Find. Eat. Drink.Agosto 10, 2011Sommelier Michael Madrigale (Bar Boulud/Boulud Sud) says "I love going to the bar at Otto and getting a chilled bottle of Kofererhof Kerner with the anchovies and bread crumbs antipasti.”
- Michael RoachAgosto 30, 2017The food is fantastic and they have an impressive wine list. However, they have probably the worst service of any restaurant I've ever encountered. Decide which is more important and tip accordingly.
- Jessia MaEnero 12, 2014Good spot for a first date. The food is good and cheap enough that someone can pick up the check. You can talk about Batali and if that fails it's loud, so awkward silences won't really be silent.
- Examiner.comMayo 16, 2011The best pizza on the menu is the Marinara pizza. Though it comes with no cheese, the bold and spicy essence of the sauce matched with the crispy, delicate crust makes it unforgettable. Leer más
- Chris PolloneAbril 21, 2015Do three cheeses, all the meats, a pasta like Carbonara and the Pane Frattau add prosciutto. Get some olive oil gelato. Done.
- Brought a group of 14 and was offered 60pp for food and unlimited beer/wine. Couldn't have worked out more amazing. I can't imagine having been that well fed for a group that big for anything less.
- The Food SlutsJunio 26, 2012Great pizza, pasta but incredible ice cream. And the best thing? Almost the entire menu is available for takeout! Leer más
- amNewYorkOctubre 5, 2011Mario Batali’s bustling pizzeria does their ice cream sandwiches with an Italian spin — with gelato instead of ice cream, and flavors such as creme fraiche, olive oil and stracciatella.
- EpicuriousAgosto 23, 2010It should surprise no one that this Mario Batali restaurant has some of the best salads, pastas and pizza in NYC. Even better: you can take home a cookbook and recreate your favorite dishes at home!
- Kelly SchneiderNoviembre 21, 2015Great place for large groups! We had 16 people and they were accommodating and so patient. Pizza is amazing!
- Thin crust pizza peaks with Romana's vibrant toppings, like chiles, capers. Try the sleeper vongole pie. Pizza or pasta at lunch brings a glass of Prosecco, w/a 4sq check-in. (Orig. review 3/12/11)
- Adam AverayJunio 16, 2015Margherita DOP pizza = amazing. Simple but perfection. And you can't leave without trying the gelato afterwards.
- Micah ChilesDiciembre 15, 2017Better than average pizzeria. Great bread and mezze. Decent wine - try the Etna Rossa - with a vibrant crowd
- Maria KolakowskaSeptiembre 6, 2014Great wine spot. Food selection is pretty limited, but if you're up for thin crust pizza or pasta, the options won't disappoint.
- Nicoline von FinckJunio 22, 2011The food was delicious! Especially loved the prosciutto and arugula pizza. The gellato was extraordinary. Affordable and delicious, I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice group dinne
- David LifsonDiciembre 31, 2011The rum sponge cake / pistachio gelato whatever-it's-called is amazing. I generally find Otto very overrated but the food is actually surprisingly decent for the price. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Leer más
- Vanessa BorgesOctubre 7, 2016Great place to order pizza and wine. Noisy and crowded mostly for the young crowd that's ok. 🍷🍕
- David HochmanEnero 11, 2013You have to make it to dessert. HAVE TO. Then have the Butterscotch Bonet or the Black & White. You cannot go wrong. SOOOOOO GOOD!!!
- Lily van DiepenNoviembre 17, 2010It's pretty hard to go wrong here, but the best are, Pizza: Quattro Formaggi, Pasta: Pasta alla Norma (roasted eggplant & dollop of creamy ricotta). Veg antipasti faves: lentils, beets & white beans
- Brittany HoAgosto 4, 2011Love the pepperoni and prosciutto and arugula pizza. there's something really smoky about the pepperoni meat. Crispy, crunch pizza entirely the way thru the crust. Amazing!
- Carl-Adam ScheeleDiciembre 6, 2015Pancetta and Brussels sprout pizza great. Killer thing was the olive oil Icecream dessert - delicious!!
- Garett PressAgosto 24, 2015Everything is tasty but the pizza is somewhat lifeless. Certainly not a top NYC pie. Cheers to thin crust tho.
- HectorJunio 9, 2015Not ready to call it top 5 of NYC pizza spots just yet, but the tomato sauce is some of the freshest and well balanced out there.
- !:gem:!Julio 15, 2012An over the top experience. Can't say enough about service, pizza, and DESSERTS. My new fav place in Manhattan. Exquisite and fun!!!
- Very extensive Italian wine selection, and great gelato. One of my favorite restaurants in New York.
- Rory ParnessAgosto 21, 2014The duck, fig and smoked mozzarella pizza was insanely good. Save room for the Black & White gelato
- Michael G.Noviembre 26, 2017Delicious food. Honey truffle ricotta pizza is incredible. Wine is overpriced, and the bathroom is not nice.
- Michelle KauntzJulio 19, 2011This place has the craziest way to tell you your table's ready... it's like grand central station! Great pizzas and the bellini pitcher is the way to go. Leer más
- Must get the olive-oil gelato with pomegranate seeds, orange sorbet and an anise-candy crunch! (Don't make the mistake of ordering just the regular olive-oil gelato.)
- HeenaFebrero 7, 2015Love train board. Great wine. Brussel sprouts - flavor great but but overcooked. Goat cheese agnolotti was best dish. Truffle linguine was nothing special. Pizza is okay. Service was super slow.
- Cacio y Pepe pizza is really tasty. Vongole pizza includes the shells but is very good
- Russell HirschornDiciembre 25, 2015Classic italian, not like your typical NYC italian joint. Interesting wait system. Everything is delicious.
- Rebecca MazzaEnero 27, 2017It is a great venue for large groups. Always end with the olive oil gelato!
- New York HabitatOctubre 26, 2011This Italian pizzeria has a fun atmosphere with a huge selection of wine, but the highlight of the menu? Their clam pizza, yum!
- PizzaSnobo pizzasnobo.comFebrero 20, 2011Good quality but the margherita pies have too much sauce and not enough cheese. We suggest you try a cheese plate, because the honey and cherry condiments are out of this world.
- Lauren MelcherAbril 7, 2012Cauliflower and asparagus side dishes, mushroom pizza and olive oil gelato. My favorite meal in NYC (and surprisingly reasonable $)
