- The fact of the matter is that this is one of the best values downtown, especially if you're a Starwood member. Don't bother with a car as the Metro station is across the street—cheap & convenient.
- Fernando Paiva AndradeAbril 10, 2014one of the best location to stay in LA, you have Macy's and gym just below the elevator, also good bar's and restaurants in a walk distance.....
- Sheri KillingsworthMarzo 7, 2013If a fitness center helps in making a decision on a hotel, Sheraton guests get free access to LA Fitness (in the building), Gold's (nearby), and the NEW hotel fitness center on the top floor (24hrs).
- Very nice and well designed accessible room. I am in room 400 and it is superb. Very spacious and clean public areas everywhere. Great proximity to Metro, shopping and eateries!
- Robert HMayo 16, 2013People were extremely courteous, amenities (fitness center, Macy's Plaza on ground floor) were nice. Bed was very comfortable with huge pillows! Sleeping was very nice. Cleanliness issues in bathrm
- Recently renovated, rooms and public areas are stylish, sleek and comfortable. Location is excellent for exploring on foot or catching the Metro.
- Joseph J HillFebrero 16, 2017Rooms and lobby are very good and hotel location is in financial district - only negative is restaurant not up to standard you expect in Sheraton Grand - but there are plenty of restaurants in area.
- Bossa CasaJunio 28, 2015Localização e acomodação excelentes, café da manhã à preço justo. O lobby em obras causou alguns problemas no acesso aos elevadores. A internet é paga à parte.
- Gül M.Agosto 13, 2014I'll tell you a secret: Bottega Louie is very close to hotel, don't leave LA before having their delicious desserts and food!
- GLR EMarzo 6, 2015Some places are getting renovated, rooms are neat and clean but the elevator waiting time is disturbing. Reataurant is under renovation as well, temporary breakfast area is very very moderete.
- Find Edgar at the front door or Gustavo at the front desk. They were both amazinging helpful and very friendly! They made our stay incredible!
- Great hotel, beautiful rooms and lobby (being completed). However, too much construction noise from property next door.
- KennethNoviembre 23, 2011If you want to use the TV with your device (e.g. iPad), unplug the phone line on the back of the TV first. Now you have the power to press menu on the TV and pick the input.
- Jill BlumMayo 8, 2013Sub par rooms, though the people are friendly. 10x6 bathroom contains a 2.5x2.5 shower stall with a shower head that pops out, constant rumble of subway trains even on the 9th floor, and THIN walls.
- Daria BartaAgosto 3, 2013It is always like that on reception desk, no organization, a lot of waiting, be careful with payments.
- Candace TupperJulio 7, 2013Decent breakfast in the restaurant, room service food not worth the price. There are tons of good places to eat around, and a Super Target or a Ralf's of you don't want to spend too much on food.
- Ryan UnderwoodDiciembre 11, 2010Elevators are very slow if groups are traveling. Plan ahead. Valet is available in street level until 11pm. Then you must drive down below. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel tired, but ok!
- Bob HeubelNoviembre 7, 2013Outer Room 401 has no wifi and is loud. Bring earplugs. Try to get a room higher up and closer to elevator for best wifi
- AT&TSeptiembre 15, 2011Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
- If you're able to, get an odd numbered room. Even numbers are on the construction side 😕
- If you need to take an early morning shower, let the water run for 10-15 minutes for it to go from lukewarm to hot.
- SAMI SEDIGHANEnero 26, 2011A ballys gym is attached to the hotel so If you want to work out they offer hotel day passes for those work out buffs...
- food loverJulio 10, 2017The rooms were amazing and the service was too. Only slight problem was the construction noise.
- Kerry DawsonAgosto 25, 2012Don't stay here! Rooms are always hot. They gave someone else a card to our room. Housekeeping didn't come every day. Parking is $28 a day! We needed a fridge for my husband's meds, that cost $25.
- Daria BartaJulio 31, 2013Про вай фай, 13 долларов в сутки с гаджета, холодильника в номере нет, отель старый и подтрёпанный, сильно подтрёпанный. Кажется что из другого времени, остался где то в конце 90х
- Cecil LiuJulio 18, 2011I stayed in Biltimore this time. But I food that Sheraton has better service here like Free WiFi and Hertz Deck
- Kevin PledgeMayo 23, 2012Gym is LA Fitness (hotel guide still says Bally) across from lobby. Take a towel and water bottle.
- Kat JJunio 27, 2010Cheap groceries or take out meals at Ralphs ... 9th & Flower. Area a little sketch at night, but you'll be fine.
- Sometimes the elevator button lights don't light up when pushed on the 1st floor. Push the button and the elevator eventually show up.
- Karl HobartJulio 22, 2010The Sheraton has seen better days, but for the price and location, it's a decent room. Great views of Downtown!
- Geekazine.com - Jeffrey PowersNoviembre 5, 2011Don't get a room next to the elevators unless you like the sounds of freight trains rocking you to sleep...
- Daria BartaJulio 31, 2013Я бы не советовала этот отель, начнем с того, что подземная парковка стоит 2.5доллара 15 мин, если на день то 34 (рядом парковки за 7 долларов сутки), персонал очень медленный.
- Clinton JeffOctubre 3, 2011Neighbourhoods a bit sketchy at night. Staffs a bit rude. Nice view of downtown though.
- Darin AMayo 15, 2010Take a look @ the Downtown Library nearby. Classic LA Deco influenced architecture.
- Internet is very slow, so not good for actually working, but great location.
- Robert HMayo 16, 2013Internet was very bad- could not connect to WiFi in room, Business Ctr was slow
- Don't try to get on the roof. Apparently they have cameras that detect ninja moves.
