Mimi ReiffJulio 22, 2013Always have water with you while waiting to get on rides. Not all waiting areas have cooling systems. Make sure to double up on deodorant, be kind to folks around you. Have patience most of all.

Fun water park at the Great Adventure resort. Great slides and a fun wave pool. Gets very crowded through the day...

Leave your cell phone in the car! You'll just wind up bringing it back there anyway. EVERYTHING gets wet!!

I came before summer and it was great. After that, not so much. 1) kids were throwing full water bottles in line; I got hit 2) rules are unevenly enforced throughout the park. Good place to spend time with kids. Some cafe offered gluten free food.
Beautiful day central meeting area in loungers behind the big water bucket sunny and shady just a perfect day !

If you buy your Season Pass at the END of the Season (in the Fall....in Oct.) they'll let you also USE IT for the NEXT season as well!! I did that at the end of 2010 & now go all through 2011 TOO!

Iaisha GJulio 13, 2010Buy a flash pass (even if it's just a basic one). Sure it's an extra 30 bucks (less depending on your group size more depending on the level) but it is worth every penny!
Pretty good roller coasters. But if you go alone, you can ride much more!

Go on the week day and u won't be in a line for an hour! Get some tan and have fun!
