    We went to their Mystery Basket class and hat tons of fun. They offer a variety of cooking classes which you can find on their website. The kitchen is really great and cooking there is lots of fun.

We’re a whole animal butcher shop located in Brooklyn, NY specializing in local meat from small family farms located in New York state. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass finished and our pork and lamb is raised on pasture exactly the way you think it should be.
