Stone-grilled beef tongue. Kobe beef pricier, but so much nicer. Preferred the tongue when they used to cut it thinner. Thicker cut tonight not as tender.

Their panini - to die for! For $2 extra, ask for prosciutto in your panini instead, it's well worth it.
