Dry fry pork for something a little crispy and with a kick. Great for dinner but also has a lunch menu with smaller portions of their regular dishes.

Ask for BOREUM as your waitress. Hands down the BEST service I've had in years. Knowledgeable, funny, and full of great recommendations and anecdotes. Two things to order: 1. Dan dan noodles (pork on the side if you're veg like me), and 2. spicy cucumber. That's all you need!

Come prepared for very spicy food! No matter what you order, you will need countless glasses of water.
