San 🎈Enero 25, 2016Cama confortável e quarto limpo, 915. Wi-Fi grátis, a senha muda a cada 3 dias é só pedir na recepção. Café da manhã por $10 e vc come a vontade. Localização perfeita. Só faltou um frigobar.

Kelly DennisMayo 13, 2013I agree with all. New tip: the gym is on mysterious 19th floor. Get off at 18, take sketchy stairs. Then find one of the crappiest gyms. The elliptical must be older than me!

I stayed here after losing power post Hurricane Sandy. I booked through bringfido.com. Get the Penn 5000 club room. You get a fridge and 1 Mbps internet and continental breakfast.
Very busy lobby. You pay $40 upfront if you want to check in earlier than 3:00PM. I feel it's a highway robbery for tourists esp if you travelled more than 12hrs and get here.

It is the centrally located and the concierge is knowledgeable Leer más- Cleanliness is a must in this hotel. They don't prop up ur pillows or change linens.
The Statler Grille will give you 20% off your order if you show your room key. You can also get your drinks to go.- Room they gave us was bad. It was advertised as newly renovated thru Booking.com but they said this was what we paid for. Carpet needs change. Need more lighting inside room. Upkeep needs improvement
chico hamlettEnero 26, 2014The hotel is good for just having a place to stay. There is no wi-fi and the Internet lounge ducks. It's expensive and the network is very slow so it's a scam job to take your money.
They confused everything so we (3 girls) lived in 20-meters room, I even slept on a camp-bed though I paid the full price. We didn't have any free part of the floor to step on, we walked on the beds.

If you know what you're getting into can be a great deal for midtown. Exp in 5000 club have had good luck getting a clean working room. Not a NYC 400/night hotel by any means.
Excellent location.random rooms.wanting more. Kind of in courages you to explore the city.which is good.

Highest floors must be most new than others... And, back rooms from 8th floor or more, you've the Empire State Building' view...
