Room 299 is particularly sad, we got placed there in our first night although we'd paid for and were therefore expecting a double. 299 is a dark and dingy twin.

Justin PlasterOctubre 11, 2011Keys don't work often. 3 nite stay and had to visit front desk 3 times to reprogram keys. The last time, desk guy argues I was in the wrong room and I had to move to the correct one. After 3 nights?

This hotel had a bed bug epidemic a couple of months ago...the rooms are decent but with the bed bugs before you can't help but buy a bed bug spray while on vacation..great location but crappy hotel- Valeria LeeJulio 25, 2018Ótima localização. Só. Péssima limpeza, péssima estrutura. Lotado; não tem água no chuveiro a maior parte do dia. Café da manhã é um suco e pães de supermercado, sem mesa para sentar.
Nath BirkFebrero 16, 2015The early check in ( that i paid for) was supposed to be at 10am, according to the hotel's website. I arrived pretty tired and i only got in the room at 11am. And the receptionist was rude!

City perk cafe is a good place to grab coffee in the hotel.....but the workers there are rude as hell! And they don't take credit!
Yeah, the rooms are small and the ceiling had cracks.. but cmon. You are in nyc, why are you in your room anyway?!

- Murat IEnero 30, 2013I have never seen such a bad Hotel whole in my life. I've been travelling a lot and that's the worst hotel ever stayed. I got surface cleaner and disinfectant to clean up my room. Bathroom is awfull !

Alaina PlasterOctubre 11, 2011I love the lobby! But don't let it fool you. When we walked into our room there were two tiny beds and three of us my dad had to order a roll a way bed. That still didn't help. Total waste of time!!!!

This hotel reminds of the movie "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson.... They need a major renovation.

For a hotel sitting on 7th Ave with a nice lobby, this room sure sucks hugely; no microwave, fridge, & small amount of TV channels

Ryan McDanielJulio 6, 2010Definitely an old hotel, but nicely renovated. The bathrooms are kind of small, and there was mold on the cieling, but if you're looking for a cheap but still liveable room, this hotel will do.

Lauren HouckJulio 1, 2012Everyone is overreacting. This place is totally fine! Got through the "long" line in 20 min & our room is clean, has a fridge, and is nice! I wouldn't spend $300/night, but for $140? Sign me up!
