Dick BenedettoEnero 28, 2014This place is a DUMP!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Pay the extra fifty dollars per night and stay in a hotel where they actually clean. The maid went though our bags and stole things. It's gross!!!
Don't be fooled by the sweet lobby. The rooms are less than stellar.

David Paul AppellMarzo 1, 2012Low rates for Manhattan (especially Midtown) but room is stuffy, with worn/rusty surfaces, and disgustingly stained carpet. Wouldn't want to run a black light over the bedspread, either.

Their rooms may be 2 star but the gym is worthy

Housekeeping is deplorable. If you can stay elsewhere, do so!

Bring slippers if you have feet, because you will not want them touching the floor. Trust me.
This place still can't even upgrade the rooms and offer Wi-Fi! What year is this?!? Honestly!! (and they advertise that they do offer it, (but only in the lobby with crappy, and few, seats!)

This is a cheap hotel people...youre going to be disappointed...

This hotel is what it is. The experience is made worse however by the rude, vile, unacceptable staff who simply do not give a shit. Scumbags with contempt for guests.

This place sucks!!! Cancun motels are better than this hole for a hotel. Front desk has attitude and no concept of customer service. Only positive, it is central location for my vacation activities.
