Avoid the crowd - use the stairway near the 31st and 8th exit to quickly board an NJ Transit train.
Walking with your head up your ass in Penn Station is a No No
Come on a game night to witness the worst of humanity.
Nothing says "please approach me for money" like a trip through Penn. Be careful.
It's a pit but at least there are some better food options lately

Akash op AuroraMarzo 13, 2013Train stations get allocated 10-15 mins before departure - as long as you are there by then you wii get your train :). Buying a ticket using the amtrak app on the way to the station is a fly..
Too crowded as usual. My claustrophobia is at a fever pitch!
