- If your just arriving, go eat next door at Sharpe's Roaster. Ask to sit in Lori's section. Great service an even greater food/drinks!

- Free Wifi, Starbucks and a few good places for food. If you have the option, fly Virgin! Voted Best domestic airline, 3 years in a row!
- You can get the famous and tasty Ivar's clam chowder packed frozen to fly. Just add milk when you get home.
- The Fireworks art store is the go-to place when you need to bring something back for the kids (or spouse)!
- Rookie mistake is to get in the first security line you see. Usually the ones in the middle or south end are shorter, so find a faster one.
- This is where you can catch the Light Rail catch buses near by or catch a plane flight
- Cafe Vita and Beecher's in C-terminal are perfect before any Alaska flight!
- If you have a military CAC, you can go to the TSA pre-check. No shoes off.....no liquids/gels, laptops out your bags.....none of that. Just walk thru.

- Jason NietoJunio 20, 2013Like others have stated, the line to get thru security is ridiculous. I arrived early and it still took me 45 minutes to get thru. Plan accordingly or plan on missing your flight.

- If you're flying first class or are a card carrying airline VIP look for the priority security lines that are sometimes hidden!

- If you've got status the line is shorter and easier through Checkpoint #2 behind Virgin America.
- New McDonalds in the B Concourse. Now you have your answer to the question "are these airplane seats getting smaller?".
- Parking is high, great land side food though, plenty of places to sit and wait for passengers flying in
- If you show up late, they'll give you priority bag drop and escort to the front of the security line. The rest of you responsible punctuals can wait.
- If you can take advantage of Pre-check, do it! So much faster!
- Head to Lady Yum macaroons in the C gates and treat yourself
- If you are traveling with someone in a wheelchair or children, look for the special lines through security.
- Get here early. It’s usually pretty busy.
- Enjoy the art dispersed between gates and while you jog between connections
