Petra KnapcovaJulio 9, 2013there are free charging stations for your mobile which is cool. and there is 60 minutes free wifi, but didn't work so well when i was there. overall a very nice and quiet airport.
Fabio Zoppi BarrionuevoDiciembre 17, 2014ZRH is a big airport, as others in Europe. So, some tips to help you: 1) Banks are in Check-in 1 area (UBS) and 2 Credit Suisse; 2) Customs is in Check-in 1 area, near of UBS;
Buy your water in the supermarket, it's more than 4 times cheaper than in the K Kiosk
Hands down my favorite airport on earth. A lovely relaxed and open atmosphere where you have access to healthy food.
Always ensure to be here at least 2.5 hours before your international flight. Finding the right counter to check in could be taxing and queues tend to be longer.

Good WiFi connection which is free for one hour. Also really good and friendly staff. Big but also easy to find around.

Terry FranksJulio 4, 2013Handsomely designed airport. The family services & children's play area were top notch. Tons of toys, private nursing rooms, staffed... Simply awesome.
Take the rail downtown (the station is across the street from arrivals). It's $7 vs $50 for a taxi, and faster. And you can plug in your cell phone on a train.

Possibly the best airport I have ever been thru. I can't imagine how Swiss passengers feel when they disembark at Luton, or even LCY and LHR...

Very comfortable and everything is easy to find . Free wifi for 60 min :) a lot of great shops !

Check your check in place and park accordingly.. One of the convenient airports in Europe although it's big..
Go have coffee, a snack, or delicious Swiss chocolate at Sprüngli. It's some of the finest in the world.
