Perfect outdoor seating brunch. The French toast with golden raisins is good for the sweet breakfast, the lox and cream cheese is a fun do it yourself sandwich.
A California brewery which doesn't hop everything up! Focus on sour beers and unique beer combinations. Try the Or Xata, an ale take on horchata, and one of the smoking porters.

Off beat winery where the wine maker really wants to do everything his way in a very non-commercial manner. Limited use of oak (most barrels are neutral).
