2-hour wait on a Friday night, but try and find a place at the bar - it's worth it. The beets in avocado and chicken were incredible.

christian svanes koldingMarzo 14, 2010the dress code is ridiculously relaxed but the food is serious. the arctic char is a stand-out, as is the basement dining annex by the fireplace. bread pudding for dessert is never a mistake.
Do you know how hard it is to get golden trout? Much less without hiking and fishing for it? Love this place!
