Beautiful beach an nice views from the cliffs that’s a very short walk. Parking can be a big pain if you don’t arrive early.
Impressive little museum with a powerful collection. Nice grounds to walk around and get out of central DC for a bit.
One of the more solid restaurants in DC. Great lamb and solid wine list, plus outdoor seating - what more do you want on a hot summer night.
Always check out the temporary photography exhibits. Also not worth waiting for the tram - put on your big kids pants and walk up and down.
Pretty good BBQ and ribs for the area. Worth making a reservation so you don’t have to wait.
Old school Pasadena ledge down with great pie and good burgers. The rumor is that they inspired In-n-out burger.
Not much of a baseball fan but it’s a beautiful setting to watch a game against the backdrop of the mountains. Damn shame about Chavez Ravine back in the day...
