The original Patsy Grimaldi is back running his old haunt, 20 years after selling his old pizzeria! If they stick to his exacting standards, this will be the best NY pizza you can get.
You don't need a tip to tell you to get one of their phenomenal plain slices, but please do try the grandma slice. It's one of the best around.

Magnificent pizza here. The crust is perfect! Up there with the best New York–style places going these days. It's by-the-slice at the bar only. Table service is for whole pies.
Actual, proper Chicago-style deep dish and a good beer selection (including several Goose Island beers). Definitely recommended.
